SHIPPING, PICKUP, AND RETURNS

See below for all information regarding out shipping and returning of merchandise.

Shipping and Turn Around Time

All orders have a turn around time of 7 to 14 business days. Order ship 2-3 days after. Email notification will be sent with tracking information once order has shipped.

  • T-shirts (3 or less)

  • Tumblers (2 or less)

  • Tray (5 or less)

  • Tray Set (only 1)

  • Dog Tag (10 or less)

  • Car Tag (10 or less)

  • Onesie (5 or less)​

  • Favors Print Outs (48 or less)

USPS Medium Box​

  • T-shirts (6)

  • Tumblers (3)

  • Tray Set (2-3)

  • Onesie (5 or more)

  • Blanket (only 1)

Pickup Policy

​

If you are picking up an order we hold orders for no longer than 48 hours.  Orders not picked up after that will incur a holding fee of $5 a day. Thank you.

Refund Policy

Due to all orders being specifically made for each buyer, refunds or cancellations are not accepted.
